- Evaluation metrics: AI-generated scores for Clarity, Completeness, Confidence, Engagement, and Conciseness

- Daily session count (to enforce plan limits)
- Score history and trends
- Weekly activity and practice streaks
- User interface interactions
2.4 Device Information
- Device model
- Operating system version
- Application version
- Platform identifier (iOS)

- IP address (collected only for data requests and audit purposes)

2.5 Transaction Information
If you make purchases within the Application:

Important: We do not store payment information (credit cards, bank accounts). All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties

5.2 AI Processing Details
Your interview response transcriptions are processed by OpenAI to generate personalized feedback. Important details:
- Data sent: Only the text of your responses
- Retention: OpenAI retains data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deletes it
- Training: Your data is NOT used to train OpenAI models
- Purpose: Solely to generate your E³ feedback scores and recommendations
5.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when:
- Required by law or legal process
- Necessary to protect our legal rights
- Necessary to prevent fraud or illegal activity
- Necessary to protect user safety
5.4 Corporate Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5.5 Internal Administrative Access
Authorized personnel may access user data through our administrative panel for the following purposes:

Elevate Interview is designed for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
