Elevate Interview is an AI-powered interview coaching app that helps you practice and improve your interview skills. Our app provides realistic interview simulations with instant, personalized feedback to help you prepare for job interviews, salary negotiations, and more.

Our AI coach uses advanced natural language processing to:

• Generate realistic interview questions based on your selected scenario
• Analyze your responses in real-time
• Evaluate your answers across 5 key dimensions (Clarity, Conciseness, Relevance, Structure, and Confidence)
• Provide personalized feedback and actionable recommendations

We currently offer multiple interview scenarios including:

• Job Interview: Practice behavioral and situational questions
• Salary Negotiation: Learn to negotiate with confidence
• Technical Interview: Prepare for system design and coding discussions
• Performance Review: Practice presenting your achievements

Starting a session is easy:

• Open the app and go to the Practice screen
• Select your interview scenario (e.g., Job Interview)
• Choose your preferred interviewer avatar
• Set your difficulty level
• Tap "Start" to begin your interview session

Currently, you respond to interview questions by typing your answers in the text input field.

How it works:

• Read the interview question displayed by your AI interviewer
• Type your response in the text field at the bottom of the screen
• Tap the send button when you're ready to submit

Tips for better responses:

• Write naturally, as if you were speaking in a real interview
• Take a moment to organize your thoughts before typing
• Keep your answers focused and relevant to the question

After each session, you receive an overall score from 1 to 5:

• 1-2: Needs improvement - Focus on the feedback to understand what to work on
• 3: Satisfactory - You're on the right track with room for improvement
• 4: Good - Strong response with minor areas to polish
• 5: Excellent - Outstanding response that would impress interviewers

• Clarity: How clearly you express your ideas and thoughts
• Conciseness: Your ability to communicate effectively without unnecessary words
• Relevance: How well your response addresses the specific question asked
• Structure: The logical organization of your answer (beginning, middle, end)
• Confidence: The assurance and conviction projected in your delivery

You can create an account using:

• Sign in with Apple: Quick and secure sign-in using your Apple ID
• Sign in with Google: Use your Google account for easy access

Your progress syncs automatically across devices when you're signed in.

Free Plan:

• 3 practice sessions per day

• Progress tracking
• Job Interview scenario

Premium Plan:

• Unlimited practice sessions
• Advanced AI feedback with detailed recommendations
• All interview scenarios
• Detailed analytics and insights
• Priority support

To cancel your subscription:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone
• Tap your name at the top
• Tap Subscriptions
• Find Elevate Interview and tap it
• Tap Cancel Subscription

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

If you've previously subscribed and need to restore your purchase:

• Open the Elevate Interview app
• Go to Settings (gear icon)
• Tap Restore Purchases

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

We take your privacy seriously. Here's how your data is handled:

• Your interview responses are stored securely to provide AI feedback and track your progress
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not share your interview responses with employers or recruiters
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time

We do NOT:

• Sell your personal information
• Share your interview responses with employers or recruiters
• Use your data for third-party advertising

We only share data with essential service providers (authentication, analytics, AI processing) as described in our Privacy Policy.

To delete your account:

• Open the app and go to Settings
• Tap Account
• Tap Delete Account
• Confirm your decision

This will permanently delete your profile and all session history. Note: Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store.

If you're experiencing connection issues:

• Check that you have a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data)
• Try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data
• Force-close and reopen the app
• Check if the app needs an update in the App Store
• Restart your device

• Make sure you have a stable internet connection
• Verify you're using the same sign-in method (Apple or Google) you used originally
• For Apple Sign-In, check that iCloud is enabled in your device settings
• Try force-closing and reopening the app
• Update to the latest version of the app

• Check that your iOS is up to date
• Try force-closing and reopening the app
• Restart your device
• If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app
